Your space. Your data.
Loresis stores your connected email, calendar, people, drafts, rules, and knowledge in a workspace associated with your verified account. Other accounts cannot browse that workspace. Your call preferences include your saved timezone, optional location, and an initial device timezone when no timezone is configured. You can change them on Connect.
Connections and processing
WorkOS handles account sign-in. Composio handles the Google connections you authorize. Telegram account connections use Telegram’s account API to read cloud chats, folders and message history on demand. Secret chats and attachment downloads are unavailable. Relevant workspace content, including Telegram messages you ask the assistant to read, is sent to Anthropic when you use the text assistant or indexing, and to OpenAI when you use voice. You approve outgoing messages and calendar changes before execution.
Call notes
If you enable the Google Meet notetaker, Recall.ai receives a separate Google Calendar grant and records calls you allow the visible notetaker to join. Recall and your configured transcription provider process the recording; Anthropic prepares a summary from the transcript. Transcripts, participant details, summaries and recap drafts are saved in your private workspace. Recap emails require your approval. Pausing or disconnecting the notetaker stops future scheduled recordings; active recordings finish and saved notes remain. Let participants know before recording.
Browser connections
The optional Loresis browser extension copies sign-in cookies only for websites you select and authorize. This includes session tokens that let Loresis use those accounts. Passwords are not collected. The extension transfers sessions through your signed-in Loresis tab, removes its temporary website access after reading, and does not monitor browsing or automatically sync later changes. Loresis stores the sessions in your private Browser Use Cloud profile and stores cookie names, domains, expiry and protection flags in your workspace. Cookie values are not written to the app database, chat, extension storage or logs. Browser Use processes approved browser actions. Its browser service and model providers may process the pages an approved action visits, task instructions and results. Loresis covers its service costs. You can inspect saved cookies and disconnect the cloud profile on Connect. Removing the extension stops future transfers; delete the cloud profile on Connect to remove already saved sessions. Deleting it does not revoke the original website login or erase previous task results and backups.
Use of browser connection data
Loresis uses selected sessions to connect your accounts and carry out the browser actions you approve. The transfer to Browser Use Cloud provides this feature. Loresis does not sell the collected browser connection data, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or transfer it for unrelated product features. Its use and transfer of this data follow the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Human access is limited to your consent for specific data, security investigations, legal requirements, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations. Storage and control
Workspace data and backups are stored on the service host. The service operator can administer this infrastructure. Chat history is kept in this browser tab under your account and cleared when you sign out. Telegram sessions and chat references are encrypted on the server and scoped to your workspace. Login codes and two-step verification passwords are not saved. Disconnecting Telegram removes its saved session and chat references and attempts to revoke the Loresis session in Telegram; saved drafts, execution history and conversation text remain. Disconnecting a Google account stops this app’s access; it does not erase your existing indexed data.
You can disconnect Google or Telegram, or remove sample data from Connect. To erase indexed mailbox data, remove your account, or ask about stored backups, contact admin@liveceo.ai.
